Liquid-cooled charging pile is a type of charging pile that uses liquid circulation cooling to cool the battery. Liquid-cooled charging pile mainly uses annular heat pipe technology. Through the circulation of heat-conducting liquid, the temperature of the charging pile battery is always kept within an appropriate range, thereby achieving the purpose of fast charging.
The working principle of the liquid-cooled charging pile is as follows: First, the liquid coolant is introduced into the charging pile heater through the liquid flow pipe to heat the charger. At the same time, the battery generates a lot of heat when charging. The liquid coolant flows into the battery pack through the liquid flow pipe, takes away the heat in the battery pack, and then transfers the heat away to the radiator outside the charging pile for heat dissipation. This liquid cooling method can ensure that the battery temperature does not rise too quickly, and charging is safe and fast.

1. Better cooling effect. Liquid cooling can cool the battery more efficiently, prevent the battery from overheating and shortening the battery life, and improve the efficiency of fast charging.
2. Faster charging speed. Using liquid cooling technology, the battery charging speed can be increased to more than 80% of the maximum output power.
3. Safer charging. Liquid cooling technology can ensure that the battery temperature is always within a safe range during charging, avoiding accidents due to excessive heat release.
4.Ideally, charging time (h) = battery capacity (kWh) / charging power (kW) means that 360 kWh can be charged in one hour. For a new energy vehicle with a battery capacity of 50 kWh, it only takes 8 minutes to complete the charging at a power of 360 kW. Generally speaking, 14-18 kWh can provide a range of 100 km, which means that after charging for 8 minutes (the time it takes to have a cup of coffee), the range can reach 300+ km.

1. Charger: When an electric vehicle is connected to a charging pile, the charger starts working, converting electrical energy into direct current and transmitting it to the battery of the electric vehicle through the charging line.
